Cancellation of Booking: In case of cancellation of Booking, no refund will be permissible under any circumstances. The seat is non-transferrable. The final decision in this regard lies solely with the managing committee of Newborn Photography Academy. The registration is once done, cannot be cancelled.
Carry forward: In any case, under some circumstances, if the person enrolled is unable to attend the program & not submitting any written request on info@newbornphotographyacademy.in for cancellation at least 28 days before the workshop date, no refund will be permissible under any circumstances. Written request on info@newbornphotographyacademy.in received before 28 days from the workshop date, will be decided by the managing committee of Newborn Photography Academy & decision of the committee will be final.
Cancellation of Workshop: In case the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, causes and reason beyond the control of Newbon Photography Academy, then Newborn Photography Academy will not be liable for any losses incurred whatsoever by the participants who have booked their seats in the workshop. 100% Refund will be initiated within 10 days of cancellation of the workshop.
Jurisdiction: In case of dispute, it will be subject to Jurisdiction of the court of law in Ahmedabad.
