- The organizer reserves the right to modify the activity schedule or topics or speakers at any time before or during the event.
- To ensure your registration for the workshop, please book your desired workshop & have an email confirmation from info@newbornphotographyacademy.in with you.
- If you have confirmed your booking and circumstances prevent you from attending, the booking amount is non-refundable.
- If you plan to join both of our workshops, please note that the number of participants in both the days are different.
- Upon arrival, each participant will be asked to provide identification and proof of address & will be given entry pass to the event.
- Please be aware that any fraudulent activity during the identification process may result in the loss of your entire booking amount.
- The information collected from you is solely for identification and logistical purposes. Your personal information is safe and protected in accordance with privacy rights.
- As mentioned in the FAQs, please remember to bring your own equipment, camera, lenses, charged batteries and memory cards individually if you wish to understand any specific settings.
- It is important to take care of your devices and equipment during the workshop to avoid any damage or disputes. We will not be held responsible for any losses.
- The workshop will provide a wealth of information, so come prepared to absorb it all.
- Being punctual is crucial to ensure that you do not miss out on any valuable content during the workshop. We will start promptly and make the most of our time together.
- In case participant attends the event at any point of time in a day, the organiser and / or the mentor will not be responsible to rewind the topics and the participant will have to joind from when he attened the event.
- No Participant will record the event without written permission from the organizers.
- The participant takes part in the event at his / her own risk. He / She waives any claim against the organizers and its agents for property- and personal-damage, suffered by the participants in the event & indemnify the organizers and its agents. The participant will bear the costs of damages he / she causes him/herself.
- Participant Entry After 8:30am.
- The Badge must be worn at all times during the Workshop and is nontransferable, Organisers reserve the right to ask offenders to leave the Workshop Hall.
- Persons aged under 15 years and infants in arms are Strictly NOT allowed to enter the Workshop Halls.
- The rights of admission are reserved with the Organisers.
- The Organisers reserve the right to frisk the badge holders at the entrance and exhibition venue for security reasons, your co-operation is solicited.
- The badge must be worn and displayed prominently all the time, during your stay at the Workshop site.
- Bottles more than 2 Ltrs, cans or tins are not allowed inside the Workshop venue.
- Food and beverages are not permitted to be taken in the Workshop.
- The Organisers do not take the responsibility of loss or theft of your personal belongings.
- The consumption of banned substance is strictly prohibited in the Workshop Venue.
- This badge is not valid for entry if it is torn or disfigured.
- The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
- Any audio/video recorded by the Organiser may be live telecasted or used as promotional material thereafter.
